Deidre Bloomquist, FNTP, MRWP, MBCE, PN-L1, IIN HC, CCFT

Deidre founded Always Growing Nutrition in 2015 with an enthusiasm for health, fitness, and understanding how to optimize the human body. She approaches nutrition from the perspective that each body is unique and this is key to creating nutrition programs that are sustainable for each person to maintain long-term, but also programs that work.

Her expertise lies in digestive and hormone health, and she loves working with clients who struggle with balancing these complex systems. She believes that everyone deserves personalized nutrition, to understand how their body works, and to have the support to get answers about their health. She has worked with hundreds of clients to restore balance to their digestion and hormone imbalances, and her passion lies in reversing infertility & supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.

Deidre is also an instructor for Restorative Wellness Solutions where she teaches The Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing, as well as the co-founder of The Wholistic Health Collective, as part of her mission to teach other practitioners to help clients in this field. She’s an author and speaker, and passionate about sharing the messages we get through working with clients.

When she's not working with clients, you'll find her enjoying everything Colorado has to offer with her husband and son, from hiking to camping to craft beers.

Anna McKelvey, rn, FNTP, RWP-1

Anna has been a registered nurse for six years and a functional nutritionist since 2020. She is passionate about helping clients take charge of their own health and providing support along the way of feeling more like themselves again.

She loves supporting and encouraging women as they achieve optimal gut health and hormone balance through a personalized and foundational approach. She's also passionate about helping women get off the birth control pill to balance their hormones and avoid many of the common side effects that come along with getting off the pill. She is also our resident parasite expert.

Anna currently lives in Georgia with her husband and enjoys reading, hiking, trying out new coffee shops, and being with her two mini dachshunds, Rory and Minna.

Juliet Dalton, FNTP, MRWP

Juliet is a functional nutritionist, completing her FNTP certification (functional nutritional therapy practitioner) in 2019. She believes that food can be one of the most powerful tools we have to optimize our health. Whether you’re looking for digestive relief, improved skin, better sleep, hormonal balance, or mental sharpness, she takes a foundational & food-first approach to help you feel the best version of yourself.

She also understands that our relationship to food & our bodies can be charged with emotion, and brings a weight-neutral approach to health & wellness to remove those old-school diet-culture mantras that can get in the way of our health goals.

Juliet loves working with women that are struggling with stubborn digestive symptoms, skin issues, signs of inflammation and hormonal imbalances. She brings an enthusiasm for all things health & wellness, and a practical, root-cause approach to help clients get back to living their healthy, joyful lives!

Julia mims, NTP, RWP-3

Julia is part of our pediatric team and works with women and young children on reviving gut health, replenishing nutrients, and restoring a healing lifestyle. Her heart is to create space for those with chronic health challenges that are looking for a more supported approach to truly discover healing.

Her journey into nutrition and holistic health began with her own complex health considerations with gut health and autoimmunity. She's made it her mission to help others rebuild their health from a strong foundation of real food and proper function, making sure the body is first nourished and safe to thrive. This passion has increased tenfold when she became a mother to the most perfect little boy, who happens to also have a long-term need for support. Now, they journey together. Nothing will light a fire like a mother advocating for her child!

Julia utilizes her training from the Nutritional Therapy Association and Restorative Wellness Solutions to craft a customized approach to help her clients move the meter on their health. She is also an instructor with RWS on gastrointestinal healing, and volunteers her time as a course mentor with the NTA for up-and-coming practitioners. Julia enjoys creating nutrient-dense simple meals without a recipe, but loves a good Sunday cookbook read. When she's not knee-deep in food and physiology, you can find her hanging with her husband, toddler, and dog on family walks or workouts.

SARA MAHAN, DOCTOR OF PHARMACY, MRWP, MBSR-P

Sara is a doctor of pharmacy and has been a community pharmacist for 11 years. After years of seeing people get sicker and only put on more medications, the universe woke her up to healing from a functional standpoint. She's been studying a holistic approach since 2018 and feels lucky to understand both the conventional and natural side of medicine. Sara has studied with The School of Applied Functional Medicine and Restorative Wellness Solutions. She is also an instructor for Restorative Wellness Solutions teaching The Art & Science of Gastrointestinal Healing.

Sara has a heart for those who feel like they’ve lost their voice or their sense of self while navigating their health. Her passion is to help clients step into their own power and become attuned to their body. Her personal journey with functioanl medicine has turned into a true soul awakening. Wanting to go deeper behind the physical work, Sara began studying Mind Body Spirit Release. She works with clients on the energetic level by identifying and releasing emotions, limiting beliefs, and other blocks to help clients actualize their highest potential.

Sara lives in the South Seattle suburbs with her husband and 2 kids. Her favorite interests outside of functional medicine include: biohacking, human design, energy work, non-toxic products, and self-discovery/improvement.

MICHELLE TIERNEY, MS, RDN, LD, CPT, RWP-1

Michelle is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance. She currently serves as a functional lab specialist. After trying to navigate numerous digestive struggles, hormonal imbalances and eating disorders through traditional care to no avail, she ventured into the functional nutrition space and never looked back. Now, she enjoys teaching and uplifting others on their own healing journeys towards vitality, using foundational, holistic support.

An aficionado of all things science and physiology, Michelle truly believes in the power of restoring health through a root-cause, foods-first approach. She happily nerds out over functional labs and enjoys teaching her clients how they not only relate to symptoms but also how they can serve as a roadmap towards healing. Her goal is for clients to feel encouraged, validated and excited about their individualized wellness plan and to move towards a robust, sustainable level of healing.

Michelle loves working with men and women struggling with digestive concerns, hormonal and nutrient imbalances and women looking to optimize fertility. When she’s not reading about parasites or interpreting labs, catch her traveling to National Parks, training for races with her running club, reading fiction or walking her dog, Everest, with her husband in St.louis.
