We hear this from almost every person we work with, and we understand how exhausting that journey is. The difference is in where we look. Conventional medicine is designed to diagnose and manage disease, but it rarely investigates the underlying drivers behind your symptoms. We use advanced functional lab testing to uncover things that standard panels simply do not screen for, including mycotoxins, mold, heavy metals, bacterial overgrowth, Candida, parasites, and hormonal disruptions at the root level. For most of our clients, this is the first time they have ever received a real explanation for what their body has been trying to tell them.
-
Not at all. We are happy to incorporate any existing functional lab results into your care plan so nothing goes to waste. During your initial consultation we will review what you already have, identify any gaps, and build a targeted testing strategy around your specific needs and goals. Every test we recommend will be purposeful, and we will never run labs just for the sake of running them.
-
The best way to find out is through a free discovery call. We will take the time to learn about your health history, your symptoms, and what you have already tried, and from there we can point you toward the right level of support.
We commonly address:
Unexplained Infertility, Preconception, and IVF Preparation
Egg and Sperm Quality Optimization
Hormonal Imbalances and Regulation
Chronic Digestive Symptoms
Mold Illness and Mycotoxin Recovery
Lyme Disease and Co-Infections
Toxic Burden Investigation
Heavy Metal Toxicity

Our custom blood panel goes far beyond what a standard doctor's visit typically orders. We analyze markers across thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, iron status, inflammation, nutrients, and more, and we interpret everything through functional ranges rather than conventional ones. This means we are looking for patterns and imbalances before they become a diagnosis.
Panel includes: CBC with differential and platelets, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, CRP and hs-CRP, GGT, Hemoglobin A1c, Insulin, Blood Glucose, Lactate Dehydrogenase, Homocysteine, full iron panel, Lipid Panel with VLDL, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Copper, Zinc and Ceruloplasmin, full thyroid panel including TSH, Total and Free T3 and T4, Reverse T3, TPO and TGB Antibodies, Uric Acid, and Vitamin D.
Custom blood panels are also available. Pricing may vary.

A single collection urine test through Vibrant America that screens for mycotoxins from mold, heavy metals, and a wide range of environmental toxins including glyphosate, parabens, herbicides, pesticides, phthalates, and BPA. This is one of the most comprehensive toxin screens available and is often the test that finally explains symptoms that nothing else has been able to account for. Shipping to and from the lab is included.
-
A focused urine test through Vibrant America that screens for 29 different mycotoxins from 40 species of mold that humans are commonly exposed to. This test uses advanced mass spectrometry to detect even lower levels of fungal toxins that other tests may miss. Shipping to and from the lab is included.
-
A single collection stool test through Diagnostic Solutions that uses quantitative PCR technology to identify pathogens, parasites, bacteria, fungi, and viral markers in the gut microbiome. It also screens for H. pylori, dysbiotic bacteria, potential autoimmune triggers, and key intestinal health markers. This is one of our most used tests because of how much it reveals about the connection between gut health, immune function, and hormonal balance. Shipping to and from the lab is included.
-
A blood draw through Oxford Biomedical that measures your body's immune reactivity to 176 different foods and food chemicals. Unlike standard allergy testing, this test measures the release of inflammatory mediators from white blood cells, giving us a much more complete picture of how food may be contributing to your symptoms. Shipping to and from the lab is included.
-
A simple hair sample collection that provides a window into your mineral status and heavy metal excretion over the past two to three months. Hair is collected close to the scalp in a small amount, making this one of our most accessible and affordable entry points for understanding your body's toxic and mineral burden.
-
A dried urine test collected four to five times over 24 hours that provides a comprehensive look at adrenal and sex hormones, including cortisol, DHEA, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, as well as estrogen metabolic pathways, melatonin, vitamins B12 and B6, glutathione, dopamine, and epinephrine. Dried urine testing is considered superior to serum testing for cortisol and estrogen metabolites, giving us a far more accurate and detailed hormonal picture. Shipping to and from the lab is included.
We also offer the DUTCH Complete with Cycle Mapping bundle, which adds a full menstrual cycle collection to track fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone throughout the month. Please reach out for bundle pricing.
Toxic Infertility
BY DEIDRE BLOOMQUISTToxic Infertility is a roadmap for women who are done accepting "we don't know" as an answer. Deidre Bloomquist breaks down how environmental toxins — not just hormones — are silently disrupting the systems your body needs to conceive, and exactly what to do about it.
If you've tried everything and still don't have answers, this is where you start.
It's not unexplained. It's uninvestigated.
Hormones aren't the root cause. Toxins are.
The answers exist. You just need the right guide.
We Hear You. Here's What to Know.
-
No. We work with clients before they start IVF or after they've decided to stop.
IVF and our approach are fundamentally incompatible.
IVF attempts to bypass the problem. It extracts eggs, fertilizes them in a lab, and implants embryos without ever investigating WHY your body couldn't conceive naturally.
We eliminate the problem. We investigate what's blocking conception (environmental toxins, metabolic dysfunction, cellular depletion), then eliminate it at the source so your body can conceive naturally.
You can't do both at the same time. It's like trying to detoxify your body while flooding it with synthetic hormones. The approaches contradict each other.
We work with you:
BEFORE IVF: To investigate and eliminate the source so IVF isn't necessary
AFTER IVF: Once you've decided to stop the pipeline and investigate root causes instead
If you're currently in an IVF cycle or committed to starting one, we encourage you to complete that process. If it doesn't work or you decide to pursue a different path, we're here

In most cases, we strongly recommend that both partners receive support during this process. It takes two to create a pregnancy, and male factor infertility plays a role in a significant percentage of fertility challenges.
Beyond conception, sperm health also impacts miscarriage risk, pregnancy outcomes, and even the long-term health of your future child. This means that supporting both partners is not just helpful—it’s often essential for the best possible outcome.
That said, we’re always happy to review an existing semen analysis first to help guide this decision. In some cases, that can give us clarity on whether additional support for your partner is needed. However, in the majority of situations, working with both partners allows us to address the full picture and create the strongest foundation for a healthy pregnancy.

Yes, we work with many clients navigating autoimmune conditions, but our approach may look different than what you’ve experienced before.
We don’t view autoimmunity as the body “attacking itself” without reason. We see it as a sign that the immune system has become dysregulated and is responding to ongoing stressors it has not been able to resolve.
Our focus is not on suppressing the immune system. It’s on understanding what is driving that dysregulation in the first place.
For many clients, that includes looking at factors like toxin burden, gut integrity, chronic infections, nutrient depletion, and nervous system stress. These inputs can shift how the immune system behaves over time and increase reactivity.
We take a systems-based approach to calm inflammation, support detoxification pathways, restore gut health, and rebuild overall resilience. As the body becomes more stable, the immune system often becomes more regulated as well.
The goal is not to chase symptoms or labels. It’s to help the body return to a state where it can respond appropriately instead of overreacting.
-
In most cases, no.
Hormone testing can show us that something is off, but it often doesn’t tell us why it’s off. And that distinction matters, especially when we’re trying to create lasting change.
Hormones don’t operate in isolation. They respond to what’s happening in the body as a whole. Things like toxin burden, blood sugar regulation, gut health, nutrient status, and stress all influence how hormones are produced, metabolized, and signaled.
Our priority is to understand and address those upstream factors first. That’s why we focus on testing that actually helps guide clinical decisions, like blood chemistry, toxin testing, and gut and immune markers.
As the body becomes more balanced, we often see hormones shift naturally without needing to chase them directly.
-
We look at gut symptoms as a reflection of what the body is dealing with, not just a problem to suppress.
Things like bloating, constipation, diarrhea, food sensitivities, or microbial imbalances don’t happen randomly. They often develop when the gut environment becomes more susceptible to imbalance over time.
Toxins, stress, nutrient depletion, and immune dysregulation can all shift the terrain of the gut. When that happens, it creates an environment where opportunistic organisms like bacteria, yeast, and parasites are more likely to overgrow.
While we do address those imbalances directly when needed, our focus is also on understanding why they were able to take hold in the first place.
That means supporting digestion, bile flow, detoxification pathways, and the immune system so the gut can become more stable long-term.
The goal is not just to remove what’s there. It’s to create an environment where those imbalances are less likely to return.
-
Yes, we work with clients who have Lyme and other chronic infections, but we approach them from a broader, systems-based perspective.
We don’t view infections as the sole problem. We see them as part of a larger picture.
Many people are exposed to organisms like Lyme, mold-related pathogens, viruses, parasites, and bacteria. What often determines whether symptoms develop or persist is the body’s ability to regulate, detoxify, and maintain balance in the presence of those exposures.
When the body is overwhelmed by factors like toxin burden, impaired detox pathways, gut dysfunction, or chronic stress, it creates an environment where infections are more likely to take hold and become persistent.
While targeted antimicrobial support can be helpful at times, our primary focus is on strengthening the terrain. That includes supporting detoxification, improving gut integrity, stabilizing the immune system, and rebuilding overall resilience.
The goal is not just to temporarily reduce microbial load. It’s to create a system where the body is better able to manage and keep these organisms in check long-term.
This approach tends to be more sustainable and less overwhelming for the body, especially for those who have already been through aggressive protocols without lasting results.
