With over a decade of clinical experience, Deidre is committed to helping families and providers alike understand how toxins shape health — and how to reverse their effects for generations to come.

Alex came to functional nutrition the same way many of her clients do — as a mom searching for real answers. After years of being told her son would "grow out of" his sleepless nights, meltdowns, and chronic constipation, she found functional nutrition and watched his digestion, behavior, and wellbeing transform.
Alex also brings a Master's degree and National Board Certification in education to her work, giving her a uniquely grounded understanding of how closely children's health, behavior, and learning are connected. Today she supports children and adults navigating digestive dysfunction, skin conditions, picky eating, behavioral challenges, and more with the conviction that every symptom has a story worth investigating.
Alex loves supporting children across all stages, from babies to teens, and values meeting each family where they are. She has a special heart for families navigating behavioral and mood concerns, bringing both compassion and understanding to those challenges. Alex especially enjoys working with toddlers and older children, while continuing to grow her knowledge and experience with infants as well.

Jennie supports children and families in uncovering the root causes of chronic health challenges through a functional, whole-body approach. She focuses on foundational systems including gut function, immune balance, nervous system regulation, nutrient status, and the impact of environmental stressors so children can build resilience and feel their best.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. As a mother of four, Jennie navigated complex health challenges within her own family, including mold exposure, skin conditions, behavioral changes, and ongoing immune and gut imbalances. Without clear guidance from conventional care, she experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to search for answers and not feel fully heard, which led her to pursue a deeper, root-cause approach.
Jennie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Master Restorative Health Practitioner (MRHP). She is passionate about helping parents feel confident, heard, and equipped, providing clear, practical education and strategies that simplify complex health concerns and support lasting improvements in their child’s health.
Jennie enjoys supporting children across all ages and stages, from toddlers through the teen years, and brings both professional and personal experience to the families she serves. Through her own parenting journey, she has navigated concerns related to mold, Lyme, skin health, hormones, and acne, giving her deep empathy and real-world understanding. Jennie also has experience with neuro-inflammatory concerns and values helping families uncover the bigger picture behind complex symptoms.
Jennie lives in Texas and enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, traveling, swimming, paddle boarding, cooking, and being with her family and happy Labrador.

Emily is a gifted functional nutritionist, mom of three, and avid trail runner. She is passionate about helping others build a strong foundation for health through the intersection of nutrition, outdoor pursuits, and community.
Partway through a 10-year career that blended science and outdoor education, Emily’s own health challenges prompted her to seek out healing through functional nutrition, and the seeds for a new path were planted. Her love of learning and teaching about natural science and ecology translated into a drive to identify the root causes of stubborn health issues and to empower clients to understand their own unique biology and intricate body systems.
Personal experience with mold illness and guiding her family through recovery and remediation, paired with her advanced training as a Master Restorative Health Practitioner, provide Emily with deep empathy for any individuals dealing with unexplained symptoms, and an extensive toolkit to support her clients’ healing. She supports children across all ages, from babies to teens, and brings a thoughtful, continually growing approach to each case.
Emily lives in western Wyoming and enjoys skiing, camping with her family, and (kind of) watching her kids make messes in the kitchen as they develop their own relationships with food and nutrition.
